告知院方和您亲戚有关您这位家人（往生者）或您已帮他做好了事前规划。Inform your hospital staff and relative that you have managed the preplanning with dedicated Nirvana Agent
待院方把往生者送到停尸间后；家属可以去停尸间的办公室拿取「葬纸」。拿到后请拍照发 Melvin Choong，以便通知富贵关怀的团队过来领遗体到富贵生命馆或富贵纪念馆。Wait for the Permit Perkuburan from hospital (normally it can be obtain from office at Bilik Mayat) before our Nirvana Service Team can transport decrease
当家属把文件都签好并且较给富贵关怀团队后；富贵关怀团队将把遗体领回富贵生命馆或富贵纪念馆。Once all clear, our dedicated Nirvana Service Team will then transport the decrease to our parlour
遗体到达富贵纪念馆或富贵生命馆后将提遗体进行「净身」*，「换衣」*，「入殓」等步骤。
Arrive at either Nirvana Memorial Center, Sg Besi or Nirvana 2, KL for the preparation.

同时，富贵关怀礼仪师将向家属重新讲解曾经购买了的生命圆满契约（殡仪配套）内容。告知家属接下来的3天2夜所需。了解家属需要用拿个宗教的仪式；也会索取往生者的照片，用于灵堂与灵车。
